Currently racing for Switzerland in the Olympic Laser Sailing circuit.

Born of Swiss and British nationality and having grown up next to Antibes in the south of France, Max Bulley, now 21, has been passionate about sailing since a very young age. Following a brilliant start on Optimists (a small sailing boat where he reached 12th in the European Championships 1999), Max naturally progressed tot he Laser radial attaining 4th in the World Championships 2003 and 3rd at the European Championships 2003.

In 2005 Max joined the Geneva Yacht Club with the intention of competing at the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games in the Laser Class. Since then he has not stopped training and also competing in every major European and World regatta.

In June 2006 Max became the Swiss National Champion in the Laser Class.

Now That Max has broken into the Olympic class, he has taken an important step towards fulfilling his dream of winning GOLD for Switzerland in Beijing.
